We develop dynamic, co-created youth engagement programmes in partnership with Gloucester Guildhall and Uk and international companies and artists. These programmes ensure that the workshops, training and performances delivered by touring companies in Gloucester are shaped by and reflect the passions, aspirations and experiences of local young people, while creating opportunities for them to build skills and work alongside first-class professionals in the arts and creative industries.
