Our Services

We offer four core services, each rooted in peer-led practice and designed to create lasting change, not one-off consultation.

  • Commission youth-led insight to shape better services, spaces and decisions. Because we're young people ourselves, part of the communities we work with, we build trust in ways others often can't. Using creative methods including film and arts-based consultation, we surface the lived experience and nuance that traditional consultation misses. We work across public realm, youth services, placemaking, and arts and community engagement.

  • Young people know how to programme for young people. Our Youth Leadership Team co-designs and leads events, creative projects, public realm activations, wellbeing projects and digital content, ensuring everything is relevant, inclusive and rooted in what young people actually want.

  • Bring one of our young leaders onto your advisory board, steering group or strategy panel. Our advisors bring wide-ranging lived experience and provide the insight, challenge and accountability that strengthens decisions and public trust. We already advise Gloucester Guildhall, the Gloucestershire Youth Homelessness Action Partnership, and Gloucester Youth Fund.

  • Build youth leadership into your own structures for the long term. Using the Ganz "Snowflake" model and real-time feedback loops, we help organisations move from tokenistic consultation to genuine co-leadership, where young people shape the work.

For young people

You don't need any experience, just an opinion and the will to use it.

  • Co-design programmes, lead activities and represent your community where it counts.

  • Make films, create art, perform and produce on projects made by young people, for young people.

  • Your lived experience makes you the best person to gather insight from your community. We'll train you.

  • We can place you on advisory panels and steering groups at real organisations, to shape what’s happening in the city.
