Gloucester Youth Fund
We are a co-lead partner on the Gloucester Youth Fund programme, delivered in collaboration with The Music Works as part of the Universal Youth Services contract. The Youth Fund sits within the national #iWill movement and is focused on empowering young people to shape opportunities in their communities.
Our role centres on enabling young people to take the lead in designing the programme. We support them to develop funding briefs, identify priorities, and take part in the selection of delivery partners. This youth-led approach ensures that decisions reflect their interests, needs and aspirations.
Through this process, we are helping to commission a dynamic programme of summer activities, creating meaningful, engaging opportunities for young people while building their confidence, skills and influence in decision-making.
